Residents at Aria & Luma are welcome to have guests. Overnight stays longer than 3 consecutive days are prohibited to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for all residents.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, Aria & Luma observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. A full list of community guidelines is provided in the lease agreement.

Packages are delivered directly to the residents’ doors, or put in a parcel locker if being delivered by USPS if it is within the size parameters of the lockers.

To ensure a smooth move-in, please make sure you have signed your lease, paid all upfront fees, and set up your electricity account with PG&E. About a week before your move-in date, our team will contact you to ensure all documents and payments have been made.

For your protection, all residents are required to maintain an active renter’s insurance policy with a liability amount of $100,000 minimum coverage. You are free to choose your own provider, or for your convenience, you can opt into our community’s preferred plan for a low monthly cost.
